Suggested use
Take one tablet about 30 minutes before bedtime.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran extract, organic coating (tapioca maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, palm oil, guar gum), vegetable cellulose.
Free from artificial colours and artificial preservatives.
