Suggested Use of Agar Powder
Agar can be utilized as a vegetable alternate for gelatin. Take 2 Tbsp of Agar Powder and Dilute in 1 pint of water or fruit juice. Cook for 5 minutes and then add fruit or vegetables. Pour into a mould and refrigerate until it gets soild.
