NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), is the metabolically active form of Vitamin B3, also known as Niacin. NADH is essential for the production of cellular energy (ATP) from glucose and fat. Therefore, the more NADH a cell has available, the more energy it has available to operate with optimal efficiency. NADH is also directly involved in neurotransmitter production. Suggested Uses of NADH
As a dietary supplement, take 1 NADH capsule daily on an empty stomach. Take with 8 oz of water, 30 minutes before a meal.
