A tasty source of essential fatty acids, Hemp Seed Oil features omega-3 and omega-6 oils, with a light nutty flavor that makes it the perfect complement to foods such as salads, steamed vegetables, and baked potatoes. Each one- tablespoon serving supplies approximately 2.1 grams of alpha linolenic acid (an omega-3 oil) and 6.6 grams of linoleic acid and 0.5 grams of gamma linolenic acid (omega-6 oils).
