Swanson Mint & Dill is an aromatic combo of herbs used to promote digestive comfort. An oil expressed from dill seeds is beneficial for relaxing the smooth stomach muscles in the digestive tract and it also has a protective effect on the tissue that lines it. Peppermint acts as a smooth muscle relaxant in the digestive tract, too, and it also appears that the rate of stomach emptying speeds up after peppermint consumption, which helps to relieve occasional mild gas and indigestion.
