Cream Activator 9%:
Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, **Cetyl Alcohol, **Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Ceteth-2, Ceteareth-25, Phosphoric Acid, Oxyquinoline Sulfate.
