To ensure that it won’t aggravate sensitive skin (or noses), enviroCare Sensitive Shampoo leaves out fragrance, dyes and all-too-common additives such as silicone, sulphates, parabens and palm oil in favour of healthier, less irritating botanical oils. While silicone residue results in limp, lank hair that can’t absorb conditioner and other hair treatments, natural oils such as hemp, olive and coconut provide moisture, lipids, omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids, gamma-linoleic acid and other nutrients that travel along the hair shaft to make hair healthier from top to bottom. Specific benefits include enhanced keratin formation and hair strength, increased hair growth, and improved elasticity, shine and volume.
