This is the blend for lungs and noses! A strong, anti-infectious, head-clearing blend of Eucalyptus Australiana, Red Myrtle, Tea Tree, Sea Pine, Peppermint, Spearmint and Lemon. Use in a diffuser or vaporiser or in steam inhalations for the temporary relief of coughs and congestion due to colds, bronchitis, etc. Diluted to 10% in vegetable oil or a base cream or gel, Chesty Blend makes an excellent chest rub. Or simply diffuse in the sick room or elsewhere to make use of its strong antiseptic power and to help prevent airborne infections from spreading.
