Goldenseal, a perennial in the Buttercup family, is a North American native plant with a long, colourful folk history. Goldenseal root has an earthy, bitter flavour and bright yellow color.

Suggested use
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
