Natural Fish Oil 1.5 g (1500 mg)
Delivering Omega-3 marine triglycerides 450 mg

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 270 mg
Docosahexaenoic (DHA) 180 mg
No added gluten, starch, yeast, sugar, milk derivatives, salt, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Instructions:
For omega-3 supplementation: take 2 capsules daily
For arthritis: take up to 4 capsules, twice daily
For cholesterol/triglyceride levels: take up to 5 capsules, twice daily
To reduce symptoms such as reflux, take capsules with meals.
If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Do not exceed 3000mg of omega-3 fatty acids (6 capsules per day)
