Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract
equivalent to dry root 2 g (2000 mg)
standardized to valerenic acids 3.2 mg
No added gluten, wheat, yeast, animal products, lactose, milk derivatives, sugar, salt, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Suitable for vegans.
Instructions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule half an hour to one hour before bedtime. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Cautions & Interactions
