Jarrow Formulas MK-7 is produced via fermentation by Bacillus subtilis natto. MK-7 (Menaquinone-7) is an improved bioactive vitamin K2 form seen organically occurring in Natto that is ten times better assimilated than K1 from spinach.
Suggested Use Of MK-7
As a dietary supplement, It is advised to Take 1 nos of softgel per day or as instructed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients in MK-7
Medium chain triglycerides, evening primrose oil and soybean oil. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin, water and caramel (as a light barrier).
