Alpha Lipoic Acid is distinctive in that it the antioxidant systems of the body and can work in both water and fat environments. Alpha Lipoic Acid can also recycle vitamins C and E, thereby improving their antioxidant activities.
Suggested Use Of Alpha Lipoic Acid
As a dietary supplement, It is recommended to take 1 nos of capsule 1-2 times daily, preferably with food.
