Suggested use
Take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times daily with food.

Softgel capsule [bovine gelatin (bse-free), glycerin, enteric coating (pharmaceutical glaze, ethyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, medium- chain triglycerides), water] and d-alpha tocopherol (from sunflower).
