Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules one to two times daily or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.
Other Ingredients
Leucine, high and low viscosity hydroxypropyl methycellulose, magnesium citrate, and calcium laurate (time-sorb††), hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, silicon dioxide.
