MaxiLife Choline Cocktail II is quick acting and easy to digest and utilize.
Suggested Use
As a quick-acting mental alertness and energy drink, take one serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffee.
Take 1-2 servings daily. Simply add 4 tablespoons to 8 fl oz of cold water. Stir and serve. It may be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice.

Maltodextrin, choline dihydrogen citrate, citric acid, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid, silica, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, flavor, guarana extract, aspartame, DMAE bitartrate, phosphatidylserine complex, beta carotene and mixed carotenoids, d-calcium pantothenate, acetyl l-carnitine hydrochloride, ginkgo biloba extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, coenzyme Q10, folic acid, huperzine A.
Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine.
